Shipping

Our standard shipping method is USPS (US Postal Service) First Class Mail from Seattle, Washington.

Items are usually shipped out within two to three business days. 

The time it takes for your order to reach you is totally dependent upon the speed of the Postal Service, typically 3-9 business days to US, and 14-21 business days to Canada. Please allow more time during holidays and other busy mail times.

Tracking is provided on large orders only, and is not provided on small orders since USPS only offers tracking on larger packages (parcels) but not smaller packages (letters).

International Shipping

For orders shipping outside the US and Canada, please contact us via email or phone to order so that we can provide you with the most accurate shipping time and cost. Shipping outside the US and Canada is not available on our website.

2nd Day / Overnight Shipping -    << TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE  >>

This option, via FedEx, is available during the checkout process for an additional charge. Available only when shipping to a physical address within the US. Orders for overnight or 2nd day air placed before 11:00am PST will ship out the same day. Orders for overnight or 2nd day air placed after 11:00am PST will ship out the next business day. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday only.  If you are unsure of when your order will ship, please call us at 1-800-543-8247 and we can help you. We're available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific time. 

Out of Stock

If something you order becomes out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know. At that point you can choose to cancel the item, wait and receive it when it is restocked, or choose an alternate item that can ship right away. We will ship the remainder of your order right away regardless.
