Tag clip

I was excited to purchase this… but…..
My German Shepherd has worn the large heart tag for 6 yrs… she & I LOVE it !!! The clip is pretty and made strong …
But
When added.. the clip turns the tag to the side.. they need to redesign the angle.. so the tag will lay flat on her neck , as before the clip…. It ends up sideways!
So.. I removed it…
