What happens if you miss the call from someone who found your lost pet? Don't risk the chance of your pet being released or taken to the pound! Instead, the person who finds your pet simply calls our toll-free hotline (added to your pet's tag). We immediately call and text your additional contact numbers (work, cell, relative, vet, etc.) until you and your pet's finder are in contact. If your pet happens to be found outside of our normal business hours, we will contact you right away when we open the next morning. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 6 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Saturday & Sunday 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific time.
