I don't know what packaging you are using but we did not receive our initial order in January. I called and you sent a replacement order in February and we have not received that either. Rivets in a regular mailing envelope may not make it through the USPS machines

Update: I turned the rivets around backwards from the way I had them, and now they are working great!
Maybe it's because my dog's collar is too thin and the rivets catch on things, but 2 rivets have already fallen off. Maybe I hammered them on too hard? Whatever the case, they aren't working for us. Luckily, only one has fallen off at a time, else his lifetime dog license tag would possibly get lost. I'm going to have to figure something else out.
